I’m Rita Nguyen, and I am delighted to welcome you to Wellness Homes NZ. As a Traditional Medicine Practitioner, Acupressure and Remedial Massage Specialist, and Multi Reflexology (Dien Chan) Specialist & Lecturer, my journey has been deeply rooted in a commitment to natural, drug-free healing.
I was born and raised in the vibrant tropical beauty of Vietnam. At 37, I am a proud mother of two wonderful children, Harry and Sophie. My passion for natural healing began in childhood, inspired by my mother’s use of traditional folk remedies. This early influence set me on a path dedicated to exploring holistic health solutions that do not rely on pharmaceuticals.
At the age of 30, I married and welcomed my first child at 31 and my second at 32. Following these pregnancies, I faced a significant health crisis when my youngest daughter was hospitalized with acute pneumonia at just 9 months old.
The experience of watching her receive high doses of antibiotics daily was both heartbreaking and transformative. It ignited my resolve to seek alternative ways to enhance her immune system and improve my own health after two consecutive pregnancies
Determined to find effective, natural solutions, I began studying traditional medicine and ancient folk remedies. With my existing knowledge of therapeutic massage and health care, I took courses in Vietnamese traditional medicine, physical therapy, and non-drug treatment methods.
A pivotal moment came in 2022 when I met and learned from Master Bui Minh Tam, a leading expert in Dien Chan Cybernetic Therapy (also known as Facial/Multi Reflexology), developed by Professor Bui Quoc Chau. This method, which aligns perfectly with my values of non-invasive and drug-free treatment, felt like a significant discovery.
With over 12 years of experience in health care and intensive therapy, including extensive work with pregnant and postpartum women, I have dedicated myself to sharing this powerful healing method with others.
My mission is to promote wellness through principles that emphasize:
- No medicines
- No surgery, No invasion
- No side effects.
